Hi! I am Cassie Weisz, founder of Embrace Behavior Services, LLC. I started my career as a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) supporting children and families in the hospital setting. Helping families navigate their hospital experiences, from the emergency room, through new diagnosis, chronic illness, and during end-of-life care has been a profoundly impactful part of my career and my personal life. I eventually found my way to South Dakota and to the field of behavior analysis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have found my purpose in helping children, families, and professionals achieve their goals and make meaning out of difficult situations. 

My practice provides behavioral pediatric services through a combination of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy with Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and compassionate, developmentally informed support. This integrative model promotes the psychosocial health, coping skills, and developmental progress of children facing behavioral, emotional, developmental, or medical challenges. I have experience working with children from infancy through the transition to adulthood. 

I pride myself in using play-based, family centered strategies to provide targeted and therapeutic interventions that emphasize functional skills and emotional regulation while reinforcing confidence, resilience and connection. 

I am committed to providing personalized and wholistic therapy services for children and families. Behavior analytic services and child life services are not mental health or certified counseling services. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of my clients.
